Visiting Waikato Innovation Park

Located just ten minutes from the Hamilton CBD the Waikato Innovation Park, the University of Waikato and the AgResearch Centre Campus together make up the three key facilities in the Knowledge Zone area.

The Waikato Expressway is adjacent, providing ease of access for tenants, employees and visitors.

The Ruakura Inland Port when up and running, will provide ease of access to logistics, making Waikato Innovation Park a natural choice for business owners.

Weave Eatery

Weave Eatery is the latest project by award winning operators, Lisa and Brent Quarrie of Hayes Common.

With a focus on fresh, seasonal food, Fair Trade coffee and local suppliers, it holds strong to the values they have become known for. A beautiful new fit out celebrating texture with pops of colour is a lovely calm space to enjoy while you linger over what to order! With a daily cabinet of fresh bakes, and an all day menu you will be spoilt for choice.

Parking

Visitor parking is available for all visitors to Waikato Innovation Park with 90 minute carparks adjacent to both the SkyPoint and Gallagher Buildings and all-day parking located within 100 meters.


EV Charging

Six electric vehicle charging stations are available at Waikato Innovation Park. A WEL networks fast charger is available adjacent to the SkyPoint Building and four public EV charges next to the Tetra Pak building.       

Public Transport

There is a bus stop on Ruakura road, directly outside the main entrance to Waikato Innovation Park.


Car Share

Mevo Car Share vehicles are available on site at Waikato Innovation Park.

Art at The Park

Waikato Innovation Park is proud to partner with The Arts House Trust and display 44 works of art around three buildings at the Park.

The enjoyment of this New Zealand art is for the appreciation of our tenants and the general public.
