Dr Andrew West: Dr Andrew West is Vice-Chancellor of New Zealand's specialist, land-based Lincoln University and was previously Chief Executive of AgResearch Ltd and Geological Nuclear Sciences Ltd (Crown Research Institutes), the Executive Chairman of the Tertiary Education Commission and the Chief Executive of New Zealand Qualifications Authority. Dr West has been a director of many firms and remains on the boards of Maori and agritech investment companies. Dr West is an expert in the reform and operation of government scientific systems and tertiary education systems. In his career he has helped lead the creation of Ministries of Science, funding agencies, regulatory agencies, limited liability research companies and tertiary education funding systems. Dr West has also overseen over $100 million of commercialisation of public good science and technology.

Helen Cross: Helen is an experienced director and advisor to boards with 17 years experience providing governance, growth strategies and problem solving skills to a wide range of businesses. She has worked with over 200 businesses in a diverse number of sectors including ICT, Engineering, Rural Farming, Retail, Financial Services, Fashion, Start-Up and Venture Capital.
Martin Udale: Martin has more than 30 years’ experience in the commercial and residential property development and investment sectors in Australia and New Zealand. Before moving to New Zealand in 2003, Martin spent 22 years working in the Australian property markets holding senior roles in a number of organisations.
Martin is a property professional with a difference. His interests lie in enduring business, providing strategic advice to a wide range of public and private sector clients and the creation of enduring places based on strong design principles and an innate understanding of commercial reality as to what is possible.
Martin holds a number of board and governance roles including Tamaki Redevelopment Company, Unitec Institute of Technology, Cranleigh, and Property Council New Zealand Auckland Executive.
Tony Steele: Tony is a Chartered Accountant and has had a career in professional practice. His speciality area is Business Advisory Services, which includes a wide range of commercial and corporate services. Tony is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors.
